Skinning Contest at Advanced PC!

AdvancedPC is a great community site. They are hosting a skinning contest, supported by Stardock, for the best AdvancedPC WindowBlinds skin. Artists can have free rein as long as the design relates somehow to AdvancedPC.

Possibly I'm missing something here, but don't you need skinstudio and windowblinds in the first place to make a windowblinds skin? So those entering will either have Objectdesktop or major components of?

For people without those programs, trials of free versions are available. For example, Digital[CHET] is a great skinner and has WB and SKS, but still wants a full OD subscription.

As for 2nd prize being WindowBlinds, some people may have the free version, but want the paid pro version.

You don't need the full versions of WB or SKS to create a skin. I'm currently running the trial versions of each.

Thanks for clearing that up guys, but I think the prospect of skinning in WB scares me

Probably there is a lot of work, and I don't usually have the time
