Alienware Raises the PC Performance Bar

Alienware's new ALX computers feature a liquid-cooling technology that allows every component to be over-clocked to the max. Coupled with Alienware's video array technology which was shown at E3, these are the fastest rigs available today.

The Skins Factory made sins to match it, the Metallica series, one requirement, you have to buy the rig.

But the cost is a rip-off. >

I just put the finishing touches on almost the exact same system (more RAM, more HD, including 20" LCD) for half that price...

this is the kind of PC that computer users should match up against the G5... $4800 for that, $3000 for the fastest G5, and I bet the G5 will come out on top of a lot of the tests (about even in the end).

Il always be an Alienware fan, I wouldnt even think of touching a G5.

Yeah Apple just released Dual 2.5GHZ G5s with liquid cooling, 8GB ram, PCI-X, 8x AGP, and 1.25GHZ FSB....doesn't get ANY better than that!

It would be better if cpu manifacturer figured out how to make new cpus that release less heat.
Im just waitin to try out the pci express technology

...then mac probably gene copy pc technology again.
